PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Change Management

Setting up and directing a project or program, for example in the area of:

  • Privacy: Ensuring compliance with specific privacy regulations, such as ‘Schrems compliance’ (transfer of personal data outside the EEA) or setting up a complete privacy organization.
  • Data sourcing: Unlocking and structuring data for e.g. ESG or regulator reports.
  • Organizational changes: This includes, for example, ‘business process re-design’, integration or separation of business units. 

The integrated approach

Change is done to achieve a goal, which is expressed in terms of a value we want to realize.

With this in mind, the change plan is developed, where effective stakeholder management is critical. 

The change plan touches all the elements that make up a well-functioning organization. This includes the design of the process, the employees involved, systems, data, information delivery, stakeholder management and other factors that collectively affect the quality of the process.

Anchoring the change

The goal of a project is rarely to “merely” achieve the desired situation, but to maintain that situation permanently after the change.

This requires an implementation plan with various focus areas, which together ensure the anchoring of the realized change.

To use the realized functionality successfully and sustainably, it is important to include all stakeholders and to make a connection to the regular processes for accountability and control.
